    Original passport with at least 6 months validity from the date of travel (with old passport)
    Appointment letter (need to book first; we will do it)
 Photo (80% face focus) 35*45 mm
    Form (we will fill it)
    Document Checklist
    Covering letter (we will make it)
    Insurance (travel minimum 30000 euro)
 Hotel (hold)
    Ticket (hold)
    Last months' bank statement along with the bank's stamp and signature (personal)
    Personal ITR for the last 03 years (personal)
    previous visa copy (if any European country)
    Applicant's 1st and Last page Passport copy

 If Self-Employed / Business
1.      Relationship proof with the company (i.e., MOA if Director, Partnership deed if Partner, and Proprietorship certificate if Proprietor)
2.     Company’s PAN card, latest bank statement for the last 3 months, and ITR of the last three years
 
If Employed / Service person
1.      No objection certificate from the current Employer for the duration of travel (on company letterhead with sign and stamp)
2.      Salary slip for the last three months/salary certificate from the Employer

If Student
