This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds are processed for services booked through our website.


2. General Refund Guidelines

  • All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email or through our official support channels.

  • Refunds are processed only after receiving confirmation from the respective service provider (Airlines, Hotels, Embassies, etc.).

  • Service fees, convenience fees, and processing charges are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.

3. Flight Bookings

  • Refunds for flight tickets are subject to the fare rules and cancellation policy of the respective airline.

  • Non-refundable tickets will not be eligible for refunds.

  • For refundable tickets, applicable airline cancellation charges will be deducted.

  • In case of flight cancellations by the airline, refunds will be processed as per airline policy.

  • Visa processing fees, embassy fees, and service charges are non-refundable, regardless of approval or rejection.

  • No refund will be issued once the visa application has been submitted to the embassy or consulate.

  • If the application is not processed due to an error on our part, only the service fee may be considered for refund.


5. Holiday Packages & Hotel Bookings

  • Refunds for holiday packages and hotel bookings depend on the cancellation policy of the respective supplier.

  • Cancellation charges may apply based on the time of cancellation prior to travel date.

  • No refund will be issued for no-shows or unused services.

  • Partial refunds (if applicable) will be processed after deducting supplier and service charges.


6. Cancellation by Customer

  • Late cancellations may result in higher cancellation charges or no refund.


7. Cancellation by tripzoe

  • In rare cases where tripzoe cancels a booking due to operational reasons, a full or partial refund will be provided depending on the situation.

  • Customers will be informed promptly and offered alternative options where possible.


8. Force Majeure

  • No refunds shall be provided for cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, war, or strikes.

  • Refunds, if any, will depend on the policies of the respective service providers.


9. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

  • Processing time: 7–30 working days, depending on banks and payment gateways.

  • TripZoe is not responsible for delays caused by third-party providers or financial institutions.
