Arrive at Leonardo da Vinci International Airport and meet our local representative for a warm welcome. Transfer to your city-centre hotel for check-in. Rome, once the capital of the Great Roman Empire, is now a city where ancient history, art, and faith coexist in harmony. In the afternoon, proceed for a Vatican City tour, exploring treasures such as St. Peter’s Basilica and the Vatican Museums. End the day with your first taste of the “Eternal City”, rich in history, culture, and charm.
After breakfast, embark on a guided city tour of Rome. Begin at the majestic Colosseum, one of the New Seven Wonders of the World, once hosting gladiatorial contests, mythological plays, and grand spectacles for up to 80,000 spectators. Continue to the Roman Forum, the heart of public life in ancient Rome, where elections, trials, and speeches once shaped the empire. Walk among the ruins of temples, basilicas, and the Senate, soaking in the grandeur of Roman civilization.
Enjoy breakfast at the hotel before setting off for a full-day excursion to Pompeii and Mt. Vesuvius. Begin with a scenic drive and hike up to the crater of Mount Vesuvius, the infamous volcano that erupted in 79 AD. Learn fascinating insights from your expert guide about its fiery past. Later, explore the archaeological ruins of Pompeii, where life was frozen in time under volcanic ash. After breakfast, the day is free to explore Rome at your own pace. Stroll through piazzas, sip espresso at a local café, or go shopping at elegant boutiques. DEPARTURE After breakfast at the hotel, we will transfer to airport to catch our flight back to India.
If you wish to prepone or postpone your travel dates, we kindly request that you notify us at least 15 days prior to the scheduled journey date via email or SMS.
Customers are allowed to prepone or postpone their tour once without incurring any additional charges, provided the request is made in writing at least 15 days in advance. Any subsequent changes will attract additional charges.
Please be aware that some service providers (such as hoteliers, transporters, etc.) may impose prepone/postpone charges, even if our 15-day notice requirement is met. In such cases, these charges will be deducted from the advance payment.
All preponement or postponement requests are subject to availability of services (e.g., hotel rooms, Volvo buses) and may vary depending on the season (peak/off-peak).
We do not accept any plan changes within 15 days of the travel date. However, in rare situations such as adverse weather conditions or strikes, postponement may be permitted. In such cases, we will notify you accordingly.
The validity for utilising your advance payment in case of a prepone/postpone request is six months from the date of payment.
Your advance payment and invoice number are transferable, meaning you may pass your booking on to a friend or relative.
