ITMA ASIA + CITME is a leading international textile machinery exhibition that brings together the best of two major events — ITMA ASIA, the Asian edition of the global ITMA textile machinery platform, and CITME, China’s most important textile machinery trade show. It serves as a B2B business platform for textile machinery manufacturers, technology providers, buyers, and industry professionals to showcase innovations, explore advanced technologies, and form global partnerships in textile manufacturing.

Arrive at Shanghai International Airport, complete immigration formalities and baggage collection, and meet our representative at the arrival hall. Proceed with the group transfer to the hotel by coach/shuttle and complete check-in (standard check-in time around 3:00 PM).
The rest of the day is at leisure to freshen up and relax after the journey. Later, proceed for an orientation tour of Shanghai, followed by an orientation dinner.

After breakfast at the hotel, proceed to ITMA ASIA + CITME 2026 at the National Exhibition and Convention Center (NECC), Shanghai. Spend the full day at the exhibition, exploring various halls featuring textile machinery, spinning, weaving, knitting, dyeing & finishing technologies, and meeting global machinery manufacturers and solution providers. Lunch will be on your own at the venue.
In the evening, return to the hotel for dinner.

After breakfast at the hotel, proceed again to ITMA ASIA + CITME 2026. Spend the full day at the exhibition with business meetings, live machinery demonstrations, technology showcases, sourcing interactions, and participation in technical seminars, innovation forums, and industry conferences. Lunch will be on your own.
In the evening, return to the hotel for dinner.

After breakfast at the hotel, proceed to ITMA ASIA + CITME 2026 for another full day of exhibition visits, pre-scheduled buyer-seller meetings, supplier negotiations, automation & digital textile solution demos, and networking with global textile machinery leaders. In the evening, return to the hotel for dinner.

After breakfast at the hotel, proceed to ITMA ASIA + CITME 2026 for final business interactions, follow-up meetings, and deal closures. Lunch will be on your own.
Post exhibition hours, proceed for a guided city tour of Shanghai, covering key landmarks such as The Bund, Nanjing Road, People’s Square (photo stops) and shopping at local markets/malls.
In the evening, return to the hotel for dinner.

If you wish to prepone or postpone your travel dates, we kindly request that you notify us at least 15 days prior to the scheduled journey date via email or SMS.
Customers are allowed to prepone or postpone their tour once without incurring any additional charges, provided the request is made in writing at least 15 days in advance. Any subsequent changes will attract additional charges.
Please be aware that some service providers (such as hoteliers, transporters, etc.) may impose prepone/postpone charges, even if our 15-day notice requirement is met. In such cases, these charges will be deducted from the advance payment.
All preponement or postponement requests are subject to availability of services (e.g., hotel rooms, Volvo buses) and may vary depending on the season (peak/off-peak).
We do not accept any plan changes within 15 days of the travel date. However, in rare situations such as adverse weather conditions or strikes, postponement may be permitted. In such cases, we will notify you accordingly.
The validity for utilising your advance payment in case of a prepone/postpone request is six months from the date of payment.
Your advance payment and invoice number are transferable, meaning you may pass your booking on to a friend or relative.

30 days or more before date of departure: 25% of total cost
29 - 20 days before date of departure: 50% of total cost
19 days or less before date of departure: 100% of total cost
