On arrival at Florence Amerigo Vespucci Airport, meet our representative for a transfer to your city-center hotel, Mercure Firenze Centro (or similar). Later, discover the cradle of the Renaissance on a guided walking tour of Florence. Explore its artistic and cultural legacy, shaped by greats like Leonardo da Vinci, Michelangelo, Dante, and Botticelli, supported by the powerful Medici family. Walk through the charming streets, admire Florence’s medieval architecture, and immerse yourself in its timeless charm.
After breakfast, embark on a scenic full-day tour across Tuscany. Start with Siena, where you’ll stroll the historic streets, admire the Piazza del Campo, and see landmarks like the Siena Cathedral and Torre del Mangia. Continue to a countryside winery near San Gimignano, where you’ll enjoy a wine tasting paired with Tuscan delicacies including meats, cheeses, pasta, and dessert. Today, after breakfast, set off for a full-day guided tour of the Cinque Terre, a UNESCO-listed jewel on the Italian Riviera. Customers are allowed to prepone or postpone their tour once without incurring any additional charges, provided the request is made in writing at least 15 days in advance. Any subsequent changes will attract additional charges.
Please be aware that some service providers (such as hoteliers, transporters, etc.) may impose prepone/postpone charges, even if our 15-day notice requirement is met. In such cases, these charges will be deducted from the advance payment.
All preponement or postponement requests are subject to availability of services (e.g., hotel rooms, Volvo buses) and may vary depending on the season (peak/off-peak).
We do not accept any plan changes within 15 days of the travel date. However, in rare situations such as adverse weather conditions or strikes, postponement may be permitted. In such cases, we will notify you accordingly.
The validity for utilising your advance payment in case of a prepone/postpone request is six months from the date of payment.
Your advance payment and invoice number are transferable, meaning you may pass your booking on to a friend or relative.
